Tzuke Shop Merchandising - Terms
1. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in UK £ Sterling.
If you're shopping by credit card from outside the UK, your payment will be converted automatically by your credit card company into your local currency. Click here to check current exchange rates.
2. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via email complete with transaction and order reference numbers.
3. Postage and Packing:
We charge £2.00 per item for orders to the UK, £3.30 per item for Europe and £4.00 per item for the Rest of the World.
We reserve the right to vary all postage charges from time to time. UK orders are sent by Second Class Royal Mail and all other orders by Airmail.
Providing products are in stock, we will despatch to the address of your choice within fourteen days of receiving your order (or with payments by cheque, once your cheque has cleared). Please allow approximately 5 working days for UK delivery, 7 for the rest of Europe and 10-14 for the Rest of the World. You will be notified if delays are anticipated.
4. Are goods from you under any sort of guarantee?
Yes. We give a 30-day 'money back' guarantee. This means that, if you're not completely satisfied, providing goods are returned to us in good condition within 30 days of your purchase, we guarantee to exchange goods or refund your money. We must be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery should merchandise arrive with you in a faulty condition.
5. Can I still buy goods if I don't have a credit card, or by postal mail?
Yes. We also accept cheques, postal orders and International Money Orders but they must be in UK Pounds Sterling. Select your goods in our shop as normal, then fill in the order form, selecting Cheque where it says Select Your Payment Method, then print out a copy of the checkout page when you've finished and send it with your full payment (made payable to Big Moon Records) to: Big Moon Records, 32 Claygate Lane,
